"In my 25 years as an escrow officer I had the privilege to be associated with Realtors all excelling in their skills and knowledge of Real Estate. When I decided to list a home, I chose John Peterson as he is the best, at least in my opinion. This was not a typical listing - yet drawing upon his wealth of experience and using the resources of his office, John was successful in marketing the home. Johns energy is endless. He would make a 2 hour round trip drive to meet with Realtors and their clients, met with the electrical, plumbing and structural contractors, and was present at all inspections and walk throughs. We had the lock box but the house was pretty much in an isolated area. Many trips, but John went the “extra mile” – security and peace of mind. "We had been looking for a unit in this building for over a year - John continually kept us updated on new listings and information relevant to our search. When we finally decided on this unit we purchased it site unseen based on John's over the phone description and extensive photos. We currently live in Singapore and negotiating the deal was tricky as we were in Asia and the Seller was in Puerto Rico - with the unit and brokers in Hawaii.
